Early Years Practitioner

Early years practitioners work in nurseries, pre-schools and reception classes. You'll plan activities, observe development, work with parents and notice things that matter. The role suits people who are patient, observant and don't mind being messy.

Early identification of additional needs in young children matters enormously. Practitioners with their own neurodivergent experience often spot things colleagues miss.
