Data Analyst

Data analysts sit at the intersection of curiosity and rigour. You'll pull data from different systems, clean it, look for patterns, and present what you find in language non-technical colleagues understand. It's a strong fit if you enjoy spotting things others miss and explaining them clearly.

Pattern-spotting and deep focus — both traits often associated with neurodivergent thinking — are core to this role. Many employers now run structured analyst grad schemes with explicit neuroinclusion adjustments.
